Casting Process

Shanghai BZZ Automatic Machinery Co., Ltd. boasts a complete casting production process, including investment casting, sand casting, and centrifugal casting.

Investment Casting: Maximum weight of 500 kg
Sand Casting: Maximum weight of 8,000 kg
Sand Casting Maximum Size: φ800 mm x 800 mm (H).

We possess a comprehensive range of casting equipment to meet diverse component requirements. Our facilities include:

Vacuum Induction Furnaces: Capacities of 3 t, 1 t, 200 kg, 50 kg, and 25 kg.
Intermediate Frequency Induction Furnaces: Capacities of 3 t, 2 t, 1 t, 500 kg, 250 kg, 150 kg, and 100 kg.
Centrifugal Casting: Several vertical and horizontal centrifugal casting machines.
Heat Treatment: Equipment fully compliant with ASME standards.

Forging Process

Shanghai BZZ specializes in the production of forgings made from high-performance special alloys, including heat-resistant and corrosion-resistant materials. Our production capabilities are characterized by a diverse range of materials and specifications, catering to both small-batch, customized orders and large-scale mass production. We primarily utilize open-die forging (free forging) and precision die forging technologies.

Key Forging Equipment:
Forging Hammers: Equipped with a 3 t electro-hydraulic forging hammer, alongside 1 t and 0.75 t air hammers
Refining Facilities: Several sets of protective atmosphere electroslag furnaces of various specifications

Advanced Process Route:

We employ a sophisticated triple-melting process to ensure ultimate material purity: Vacuum Induction Melting (VIM) + Electro-Slag Remelting (ESR) + Vacuum Arc Remelting (VAR).

VIM (Vacuum Induction Melting): Achieves ultra-low gas content with [O] < 30 ppm, [N] < 80 ppm, and [H] < 2 ppm
ESR (Electro-Slag Remelting): Provides secondary purification of molten steel to produce high-quality, refined ingots.
VAR (Vacuum Arc Remelting): Ensures superior structural uniformity, minimal inclusions, and high alloy purity.
