Castings
BZZ provides investment casting, sand casting, and centrifugal casting. Investment casting uses the silica sol shell-making process to produce precision castings with a single piece weight of 0.1kg-250kg. Sand casting uses the alkali phenolic resin sand process, with a maximum unit weight of 5000kg. Our cobalt-based alloy, nickel-based alloy, iron-based alloy, and copper-based alloy castings serve applications involving high temperatures, corrosion, and wear, including valves, pumps, and heat-resistant components.

Forgings
BZZ provides cobalt-based alloy, nickel-based alloy, and iron-based alloy forgings for heat-resistant and corrosion-resistant service. Our forging processes include open-die forging and precision die forging, supporting customized components for demanding industrial applications. Available products include valve parts, shafts, and alloy bars. Refer to the specification tables for individual grades, reference standards, and applications.
