Relying on our strategic production and R&D bases, we have established one of the most complete industrial chains in China’s special alloy industry, boasting a robust annual capacity of 500,000 tons of special steel and 700,000 tons of special steel materials. Our portfolio features three major series—cast, wrought (deformed), and powder superalloys—covering over 500 product grades.

Our leading products include specialized stainless steel, nickel-based welding materials (solid-cored, flux-cored, and welding powder), tool & die steel, innovative valve steel, bearing steel, spring steel, precision castings, forgings, and alloy springs. We also provide professional cladding and precision machining services.

BZZ operates an independent, state-of-the-art Quality Inspection Center, featuring specialized laboratories for chemical analysis, mechanical testing, metallographic research, and non-destructive testing (NDT). To ensure our products meet the most stringent global standards, we have invested in world-class analytical instruments, including:

Chemical & Composition: SPECTRO direct-reading spectrometers and X-ray fluorescence (XRF) analyzers for rapid, precise melt analysis.
Microstructure & Precision: OLYMPUS research-grade metallurgical microscopes and large-scale Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM).
Mechanical Integrity: Fully automated impact and tensile testing systems, along with advanced hardness and particle size analysis.
