BZZ has three casting processes,including investment casting,sand casting,and centrifugal casting.Investment casting adopts the silica sol shell-making process,which can produce precision castings with a single piece weight of 0.1kg-250kg.Sand casting adopts the alkali phenolic resin sand process,and the maximum unit weight is 5000kg. Casting products are divided into four types of materials:cobalt-based,nickel-based, iron-based,and copper-based,and are widely used in special conditions such as high temperature,corrosion,and wear.
