Castings

BZZ provides investment casting, sand casting, and centrifugal casting. Investment casting uses the silica sol shell-making process to produce precision castings with a single piece weight of 0.1kg-250kg. Sand casting uses the alkali phenolic resin sand process, with a maximum unit weight of 5000kg. Our cobalt-based alloy, nickel-based alloy, iron-based alloy, and copper-based alloy castings serve applications involving high temperatures, corrosion, and wear, including valves, pumps, and heat-resistant components.

BZZ provides cobalt-based alloy, nickel-based alloy, and iron-based alloy forgings for heat-resistant and corrosion-resistant service. Our forging processes include open-die forging and precision die forging, supporting customized components for demanding industrial applications.
